Each of our pole teachers have gone through training under THE POLE CAMP as a student, assistant instructor and then as an instructor, specialising in a variety of different practices including pole techniques, strength & conditioning, flexibility & floorwork. At The Pole Camp, we provide guidance for all levels pole practice so you can decide what feels the best for your body.
