This 8-week pole camp is designed for absolute beginners, with no prior pole or dance experience required.
Across 16 structured sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of pole movement including grips, body positioning, and foundational spins. The program also serves as a gentle introduction to spinning pole, helping you build comfort, control, and awareness safely.
Each session includes:
•Pole fundamentals and foundational spins
•Introduction to spinning pole technique
•Strength and conditioning to support pole work
•Flexibility and mobility training
•Simple choreography to help you connect movement, flow, and musicality
This camp focuses on strong foundations, safe progress, and confidence — both on static and spinning pole.
