The Absolute Beginner Pole Camp

A 4-week pole series designed for complete beginners navigating busy city lives.

This program is for anyone who has always wanted to try pole but felt intimidated, unfit, inflexible or “not ready enough.” No dance experience, upper body strength or prior training required.

Over 8 classes, you’ll build strength, confidence, coordination and flow through a structured mix of tricks, conditioning and choreography classes — all in a supportive beginner-friendly environment.

  • 4 Pole Tricks Classes
  • 2 Strength & Flexibility Sessions
