Ideal For: Those who have completed the beginner 8-week camp or can comfortably mount the pole.

Refine foundational pole skills, build strength and control, and transition into fluid movement with confidence.

•Climb Progressions
Develop efficient and safe climbing techniques with strength-building drills.
•Spin Combos
Link beginner-level spins with grip changes and directional transitions for smoother movement.
•Strength-Based Introductions
Transition from pole sits to thigh holds and other strength-oriented moves.
•Creative Control Drills
Focus on musicality, body awareness, and exploring fluid transitions around the pole.

✅ Attendance Policy:
As the studio follows a structured syllabus-based progression, attendance policies are standardised as follows:

•⁠ ⁠Each student is allowed to miss a maximum of 2 sessions per month.

•⁠ ⁠1 missed session may be compensated within the same month.
– Compensation must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the class.

•⁠ ⁠The 2nd missed session will be carried forward as a self-practice session for the following month.

•⁠ ⁠If a compensation class is missed, it will also be converted into a self-practice session for the following month. Compensation classes cannot be rescheduled further.

There will be no additional compensations, carry-forwards, extensions or special requests beyond this structure — including in cases of health or other emergencies.

This policy applies uniformly to all students to ensure fairness, discipline and consistency within the studio.
