What can you expect :

Day 1 :

1. Choreo – This can be chosen in heels or barefeet – learn a fluid and fun choreography that focuses on transitions rather than tricks. Level options will be given and knee pads are recommended.

2. Spin Pole – Learn to fly and take control of your spin pole! Using spin-specific tricks and combos to create strong and beautiful shapes.

Day 2 :

3. Static Tricks and Spins – Fun tricks and combos to add to your repertoire! Learn how to create momentum and dynamic looking movements as well as learn hints and tips of tricks that aren’t always as hard as they seem! This will be taught near the base of the pole – floor inverts may be required but can be avoided if necessary

4. Flexibility and conditioning – Learn all the different ways you can train on your flexibility and condition your body to prepare for your pole goals.

5. Floorwork Tricks and Shapes – Floorwork shapes, tricks and transitions – all without the need for the pole! Some dynamic movements like shoulder rolls and spins, alongside headstands and fake splits!

7. How to Invert 101 : As far as any poler is concerned Inverts are a huge milestone, but doing them effortlessly and anytime, anywhere needs the right technique, strength and conditioning. In this session, you will learn all the different ways to invert safely, with the right technique and a lot of confidence.

8.Static Combos – Tumbles, rotations, drops and climbs – this workshop takes you up the pole! Solid climb required and aerial inverts a bonus!

PREREQUISITES : Minimum 6 months of Pole Experience needed.
