Pole Play : What to Expect

Prerequisite : 8 week camp from The Pole Camp / 3-4 months of pole if you’ve practiced in other studios

At Pole Play, you’ll dive into an energizing session designed for those with prior pole experience, like participants from The Pole Camp. This class is all about pushing your limits with exciting new tricks, choreography, and creative combinations that blend strength, grace, and playfulness.

Expect to explore dynamic floorwork sequences, build solid strength for more control and power on the pole, and improve your active flexibility for smoother transitions and stance. The session will also focus on hand balancing to boost your upper body strength and stability, helping you feel more confident in inverted and static poses.

With a focus on fun and challenge, Pole Play is the perfect opportunity to expand your skills, refine your technique, and bring a fresh approach to your pole practice.

Importantly, safety and proper instruction are paramount to ensuring a positive experience. Experienced instructors guide students through each move, emphasizing correct technique and safety measures to prevent injuries. This structured approach allows students to push their limits within a safe and controlled environment.

Class Timings : Sat 6.30am to 8am & Sun 8am to 9.30am

What happens if I miss a class? You get 2 compensations a month in case you miss, you can attend the other timing mentioned for your specific level and you MUST finish it in the same month as the registration. Classes will not be carried forward to the next month, neither are transfers or refunds applicable.
